

			How to book a Bedford U3A Day Trip

		Some New Members have asked how to book a place on one of the day trips. We have considered alternatives such as the postal system used by Harrow but none seem as satisfactory for those of us who organise,or as immediate for members booking, as the system we use at present . On each of our Travel Flyers and on the Internet, the date of the meeting is given when and where bookings will be taken. This is at the Addison Centre and Bedford Athletic Club alternatively.There are months when this is not possible but we will advertise any changes from rota two months in advance. This is on a first come first get basis and the Travel Desk opens at 9.30am All the tickets should be available then. After that date, phone bookings accepted. If you look at the flyers available each month, the date to book subsequent trips will be posted.
