The Group started in June 2007 and is open to all U3A members.
The current membership stands at 30 and is comprised of both single and married people.
There is no fixed date for the lunches; so far there have been 12 lunches and one evening Christmas special. We go to a variety of venues and aim to provide a good Sunday roast with a vegetarian option at a moderate price.
The success of this group is due to it being a welcome weekend activity and the friendly atmosphere which prevails.
